Orders received by noon EST are shipped within one business day from Venice, CA. Orders shipped within the continental United States will typically be shipped via Federal Express Saver, FedEX Ground or USPS Priority Mail, at our discretion. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and military bases (APO’s and FPO’s) will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Packages in the continental US that meet our $75 minimum order ship for free!

APPROXIMATE SHIPPING TIMES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

west coast 1 – 3 business days
mid-region 2 – 5 business days
east coast 3 – 6 business days

2-DAY AND OVERNIGHT EXPRESS SHIPPING IS ALSO OFFERED. DAYS REFER TO BUSINESS DAYS UNLESS SATURDAY DELIVERY IS SELECTED.

Delivery will take 1-2 business days, not including the FedEX pick-up day. No shipments go out Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.

WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY TO THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES ONLY:

Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Bahrain, Belgium, Belize, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Latvia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Norway, Panama, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and the Netherlands.

Unfortunately if you do not see your country on this list we are unable to ship to you.  Free standard shipping promotions cannot be applied to international orders.

Orders are shipped United States Postal Service International, FedEX international or through APC Logistics and rates are based on the number of items purchased. You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may be due upon arrival. Your local customs office will have more information to assist you.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

The Cat’s Pajamas accepts returns and exchanges for items purchased via its website within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Returns and Exchanges require a Return Authorization. Please email returns@thecatspjs.com to get your return authorization number. Items must be in its original unworn condition to be eligible for return or exchange. Items returned without a Return Authorization or that have been previously worn/washed will be sent back to customer. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. FOR RETURNS WITH RETURN AUTHORIZATION: We will issue a credit to the original form of payment within 3 business days of arrival in our warehouse.

FOR U.S. EXCHANGES WITH RETURN AUTHORIZATION: Please enclose a note indicating which style and size you would like to be sent as a replacement, and the correct contact information and address for shipping. We are happy to put an item on hold for you; simply include your request in your Return Authorization email.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION WILL BE SENT BACK TO CUSTOMER.

No item will be accepted that is not in its original condition (unworn, unwashed). The Cat’s Pajamas will refund the entire amount of the garment and any taxes, but shipping and gift wrap fees on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Ship all returns pre-paid.  Insurance is recommended for your protection. The Cat’s Pajamas will credit your original method of purchase within 3 days of arrival in our warehouse.

Returns will only be made for items that can be verified to have been purchased through our website. The Cat’s Pajamas will not take returns or exchanges for items purchased at retail locations or at sample sales. A copy of the invoice or gift receipt that accompanied the web order should be included with returns or exchanges. If this is not possible, we must have the full name of the purchaser to confirm that the transaction occurred over the website. There are no exceptions to this policy.

The Cat’s Pajamas does not cover the return shipping for international exchanged pajamas.  Contact us directly for information on international exchanges as increased shipping fees will apply.
